REFUND POLICY
We don’t offer refunds, we will however exchange the item for you without any additional cost if the item you have received was damaged.
Please do refer size charts (of ready product measurements) for confirmation on sizes as product once made cannot be returned for size changes. For personalized guidance on sizing, our team is available on Info.kreshabajaj.com
To start a return, you can contact us
at info.kreshabajaj.com with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange/ refund immediately
We have a 7-day exchange/ return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please refer sizing charts for product sizing as many KB Homme products are custom sized. Exchanges on size will not be facilitated once ordered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns / exchanges on any product sold during a promotion or under a gift card.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is placed by you, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the tracking details will be shared with you so you are updated on the delivery status.
Products have different delivery time (stated on product page) We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavour to deliver asap.
If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit.
Shipping Pan India is free, however there will be a shipping cost on all international shipments. You may enter your Pin code in the checkout option to check the shipping costs for your country.
There is a flat shipping fee attached to all international deliveries that can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall
not be refunded if an item is returned. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.
Please note any duties payable for deliveries internationally will have to be taken care by customers, Krésha Bajaj is not responsible in case the duties aren’t paid and the shipment fails.
